Refund and Returns Policy

We do not accept returned goods if you have changed your mind or chosen the wrong product. Please choose carefully.

We do accept returned goods if the item is faulty and covered under the warranty period.

We only accept returned goods accompanied with a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) number. In order to obtain an RMA number, please login to your store account and request one there. If you are unable to login, contact us and we will assist you.

Once an RMA number is issued, you will need to return the item to us at your own expense. The item should be packaged well, as damage in transit may affect warranty approval. You should use a registered mail service to enable shipment tracking.

When we receive the item, we will assess the warranty claim and process it. If warranty is approved, we may repair or replace the item in line with Australian Consumer Law requirements.
