Returns Policy

We have an easy returns policy if you have an issue with our products, order the wrong item or simply change your mind!

Change of mind

If you’re looking to return or exchange your item for whatever reason, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method (minus a 15% restocking fee).

The item needs to be returned to us at your expense, and it needs to be in its original unopened packaging.

Faulty products

If your product is faulty, and the warranty period hasn’t expired, you can return your product for replacement, store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

The item needs to be returned to us at your expense. We will then assess the item once we receive it. Warranty only applies for manufacturing workmanship defects.

Not covered under warranty:

  • Lightning or power surge
  • Water damage
  • Physical damage to item casing
  • Item has been dismantled

Return Procedure

  • Request an RMA number at https://www.commstechdirect.com.au/my-account/rma-request/
  • Send the item to us for assessment
  • Once item is received we will assess your claim and respond to you
